Chair seat cover of china blue plate-printed cotton. Lined with white linen and trimmed with silk ribbon. The design consists of large flowers with loosely trailing ribbons and is in the style of Talwyn and Foster of Bromley Hall. The silk binding has worn away at the front where it would receive most wear. The cover is shaped to accommodate arm-rests and there are tabs to hold it to the back. Original hooks and eyes.
