Physical description | Plaquette representing Mars and Venus with Cupid. Venus is seated and turns to the right towards Mars, who is embracing her. Both are naked, on the right lies a greave, on the left a sword. Cupid stands beyond Venus. In the background on the right, trees, on the left a country landscape and the rising sun. |
