This medal depicting Antonio Allegri, called Correggio, is made by Niccolo Cerbara, in Italy, dated 1832.
Correggio (ca. 1494-1534) was the foremost painter of the Parma School of the Italian Renaissance. Cerbara (1793-1869) was an Italian engraver and medallist.
