This medal was produced by John Pinches Ltd to commemorate the Battle of London in 1940-41. It depicts the pilotless aircraft developed by the Nazis, known as 'Doodlebugs'. Part of the proceeds generated by the sale of this medal were given to the RAF Benevolent Fund.

Obverse: St. Paul's Cathedral is surrounded by smoke and flames in the background of the centre circle. The remains of a bombed building is in the foreground. A Nazi bomber is lit up by the ray of searchlights. Inscribed.
Reverse: The Tower of London is depicted in the background with the River Thames to the foreground. Smoke envelopes a bomber aircraft. Inscribed.
