Production | Christophe Pèrles considered this piece to be 19th century (November 2009). Acquire as French (Paris), relabelled Rouen. [Note from the register] “There seems to be no evidence for attributing this to a factory in Paris, where the production of various factories remain very obscure. A manufacturer named Digue was working rue de la Roquette from c. 1709 (see Répertoire de la faïence française, 1935, p. 191) |
