Pap boat of soft-paste porcelain. Of low boat-shape on small foot rim, with sweeping handle with top and bottom spur. Flower sprays painted on both sides in two shades of green, purple and pink; leaves painted below spout. The base shows "scum" marks characteristic of this group.
