Vase of porcelain painted with enamels and gilded. Beaker-shaped with four gilt feet resting on a black square plinth. Round the middle is a wreath of flowers modelled in white biscuit porcelain applied in relief. Above and below this are bright-coloured birds flying amongst the branches of bushes, conventionally rendered in gold, represented as growing round the base of the vase and hung with festoons of flowers.
