Andreas Philipp Oettner (ca. 1735-1792) worked in Frankenthal 1759, Ludwigsburg 1759-1763, Höchst 1763-66, Fürstenberg 1767-1770, and he painted a large Weesp porcelain service probably in 1770/71.
