  • "Soyer Gralliot", and in black "Argente 2 Feuill(et?) du grain OR 3 Feuille(t?) du grain". (Inscribed on the front in handwriting in gold across the colours)
  • On right side of chart
  • "MA\ (area of damage), MARRON, BRUN.5, vert pistache 25, VERT.27, PETIT.violet clair, VIOLET.1, VIOLET.3, VIOLET.5, VIO.10, AIGUE.MARINE, TURQ.5, TURQ.9, TURQ.103, MAR.VAISSEAU foncé, MAR.CLAIR, JAUNE 17, BLEU.Vaisseau, BLEU.23, GRIS. ACIER 13, BLEU.238, GRIS.BLEU ARGENT". (This list of the names of the colours is on the right side of the chart in gold (which are ranged as grid of 4 wide x 34 high). Some of the colours are opaque and some on foil.)
