Hall chair type with a small musical movement under a flap at the front of the seat. The seat is hinged and a spring therein activates the mechanism to play the two tunes. These once-popular musical chairs featured in children's rooms and nurseries. The comb has 29 teeth and plays the tunes sequentially, changing by means of an auto-cam mechanism. The comb is marked with the Thorens anchor trademark, being a variant of the Ord-Hume type 28.
