Mahogany chair, carved. The open back is composed of a carved and moulded top rail, two moulded uprights continuos with the back legs and a centre panel pierced with various shaped openings so as to form three uprights supporting six interlacing bands, meeting at the top. The space between the two middle bands is carved with a leaf. The front of the seat is curved below. It is provided with a modern stuffed seat in a celadon cotton damask.The square legs are joined by four plain rails.
