Ice pail with cover and liner of porcelain. Crater-shaped body with two loop handles, partly gilt, terminating in rams' heads. The upper part of the body is decorated with a band of green outlined with gilt rococo scrolls in relief, below which is a horizontal row of white beads on a gilt ground. Round the lower part is a band of palmette devices in gilt outline. The moulded stem, which rests on a square base, is decorated with alternate bands of green and gold. The cover has a handle in the form of a fir-cone and is decorated similarly to the upper part of the body.
