Chest on chest, walnut veneer on pine carcase, oak lined drawers. The top stage is surmounted by cavetto moulded cornice, with three narrow drawers above three full-width drawers. The long drawers each increase in width as one descends down the chest. A beaded waist separates the top section from the lower chest, comprising of four long drawers of equal width. The top drawer of the lower stage drops down to form a bureau, with pigeon holes at the back. The bottom drawer of the lower stage has a concave, semi-circular sunburst detail in wood marquetry. Brass handles and key escutcheons.

Physical description
Chest on chest, walnut veneer on pine carcase, oak lined drawers. The top stage is surmounted by cavetto moulded cornice, with three narrow drawers above three full-width drawers.
