Object history | Given by Goldalming Museum. Given to then by a local donor, Lady Marriott with the proviso that they could dipose of it as they saw fit. Apparently it belonged to Lady Marriott's grandmother, along with two others that were in the family. Her grandmother was born in the 1860s and her brother possibly tavelled to Russia, although memories are hazy. |
