Sample exercise book in red containing weaving notes and sketches. Lined pages with the first entry dated March 9th 1925, and the last June 14th 1928, design No. 126 to No. 256. Each textile is described by material, length, width and number of ends per inch, with some designs given names and stated whether it is a dress or furnishing fabric. Names of used looms head the description, with some design described by the exact brocading technique with small pencil sketches of the whole repeat.
