Ribbon of white silk with metal thread and silk gauze. One of the bands is edged with white silk heart-shaped decoration, and the two other narrow ones are edged with white silk and 'beading'. The metal thread is bound in twill and the white silk is unbound.

Ribbon of plain-woven gauze. Flat metal strip lying on top of gauze but fixed by the warp threads at intervals in a twill weave. Continuous supplementary white silk thread woven in motifs such as hearts and dotted lines. The borders of scalloped, looped weft threads followed by a gros de tour weave, a fine line in satin weave edges the centre gauze ground. |
