Border of mixed bobbin and needlepoint lace applied to a machine made net ground. The main part of the design consists of a naturalistic buinch of roses, ferms and other flowers alternating with a bunch of lilac and other flowers. Above are festoons of delicate stems bearing flowers and leaves. Below is a patterened semi-circular band entwined with poppies, roses and other floral alternatives with a series of looped bands from which hang leaves. Above this in turn are two poppies and another flower.
