Sample of machine jacquard-woven wool, made to imitate hand woven tapestry. It shows large curling leaves, a stem with flower heads and a large rounded fruit. The flowers and fruit are in pale shades of pink, the rest in shades of blue and green. All the wools used were dyed in dull shades to reproduce the faded effect of medieval tapestries.
