Furnishing fabric of printed cotton. Valance of white cotton block and roller printed with oval medallions containing four scenes from the story of 'Cupid and Psyche', after Angelica Kauffmann. The medallions are printed in red on white, and the border decoration surrounds them in red on yellow. The border decoration of rosettes and flowering stems is block printed. Partly lined with white cotton and partly with the same printed cotton. Shaped to form the ends of an upper valance on a bed.
