Button of glazed ceramic. Roughly circular in shape with a raised surface. With a silvery metallic glaze which has a finely blistered surface. The silver only shows on the raised surfaces and the remainder has been brushed over with a black glaze. Two holes have been made in the centre for sewing purposes. Reference number 40 MGT.
