Button of horn and silver gilt. Roughly circular in shape. The design consists of a horn button with a thick rounded rim set into a metal cup which partially obscures the rim. Soldered to the bottom edge of the cup and around its circumference are two flattened and twisted strips of metal. The horn button has four holes for sewing purposes. Reference number 634.
