Circular button of metal and enamel. The design consists of clear green enamel. A flat wooden cut-out of a lizard has been pressed into the centre of the enamel. Soldered into the reverse side is a metal shank for sewing purposes. Written on the reverse side with '755 G.T. Col. 30'. Reference number 755.
