Sheet of paper with 17 samples of bobbin lace attached. The paper is inscribed in ink: 'Samples of lace enclosed in Consul Wood's Despatch to Dept. of Overseas Trade. O.T. No 8 of November 25th 1919' and in pencil 'Chiengmai' and '444/1734'.

The samples of bobbin lace are worked as borders or insertions, in white or cream cotton, in Bedforshire Maltese or torchon technique.
