Sheet of paper with three samples of bobbin lace attached. The paper has the typed heading: 'Enclosure in Mr. Haggard's O.T. No 4 of January 15th, 1920' and 'TYPES OF COCHABAMBA LACE WORK' and the written inscriptions 'Bolivia' and '444'.

The three samples of bobbin lace are worked as insertions and borders in off-white cotton, and fastened to the pater with metal clips. One in finer thread is a simple torchon pattern, the other two are much coarser.
