Plate of soft-paste porcelain painted with enamels and gilded. Circular with a horizontal rim composed of moulded leaves in slight relief and with a flat base. The rim is washed over with a bright blue ground colour and bordered on both sides by a plain gilt band. The centre is painted with one large and two smaller birds amidst foliage. The two smaller birds are perched on low trees.
