Plate of porcelain, painted in enamel colours and decorated with gilding. In the middle is painted the badge of the Russian Order of St. Andrew. In panels on the rim are the Orders of St. George, St. Alexander of Nevsky, St. Vladimir, the White Eagle (of Poland), St. Stanislaus (of Poland) and St. Anne. The badges on the rim are in light yellow shaped panels reserved on a dark blue ground and surrounded by gilt scrolls. The rim has a serrated wavy edge.
