Object history
The aim of the game is to manouver the eggs down the string on to a wall at the opposite end of the table. The rules are on the inside of the lid.

Rules: Together with the eggs are the following pieces of equipment:-
four sections of wall, card covered with a brick design paper (4.8x12.1x3.2cm)
4 wooden rods with metal clamps to fix them to a table top in an upright position; each has a hook at the top to which is attached a length of string. Ht. 21.6cm.
original box to house all the pieces, card covered with dark red paper and divided into 6 compartmnets; lid has a chromolithographed label showing the game being played
