Place of origin

This card game has 50 cards with pictures of crime, detection and punishment. Like the game Krimo, also from the 1930s, it is based on the good behaviour games of the 19th century. One assumes that they were designed to lead children away from crime. It could be, however, that they were intended to teach the players how to avoid being found out.
