The 72 cards in this game come in three different colours--pink, green or white, depending on which royal house it belongs to. Each has a brief summary of the events during the reign of French kings. These summaries have gaps in them for the players to fill in. The answers are supplied in a booklet. A personal note on this game is revealed in a hand written inscription which says that 'this belonged to Barbara F B Coventry at the age of 12. She married John Gaspard Fadshaw'.
