With swags of roses, thistles, shamrock and acorns, and curling ribbons inscribed '1897 Victoria Regina 1897' enclosing the Royal Arms, crowned initials 'V & R' in a wreath of laurel, the leopards of England, the harp of Ireland, and the lion of Scotland. Selvedge on left side, material cut to one width of repeat to the right. Plain end bottom.
