Furnishing fabric tissue of silk and metal thread. With a design of a pelican feeding her three offspring who are standing before her with open beaks receiving food. The wings of the pelican are protectively arranged around her offspring. The design is enclosed by a rose briar and four roses giving an oval effect. From this border is an iris flanked by two more roses and foliage. The design is woven in cream silk on a dark blue ground.
