Furnishing fabric of hand woven silk. It has a cream satin, warp face ground with two vertical panels. These have geometricised intertwining vines enclosing, alternately, a bunch of grapes and a large formalised vine leaf. The latter is separated by a central band of stripes broken by rows of elongated birds facing, alternately, left and right and wheat ear devices. Half of this decorative band runs along each selvedge.
