The drawing shows a perspective view of an ensuite bedroom with a large window in the left side and to the right is a door, ajar, leading into a view of the bathroom. There are two orange-coloured armchairs on either side of a round table. The drawing is in pencil, pen and ink, watercolour and bodycolour, which is a form of watercolour which has been made opaque by the addition of white pigment. The drawing is a presentation drawing which is a design finished to a high standard for display to a client.
