The drawing shows the interior of a restaurant and bar in different shades of brown with black chairs, with square seats and backs, around square, white tables in the foreground. The bar, above which are hanging lights, is to the right side. This is a presentation drawing which is a design finished to a high standard for display to a client. The drawing is in pen and ink, watercolour, and bodycolour which is watercolour made opaque by the addition of white pigment.

Production | Stephen Calloway, son of the architect, stated that 'all the drawings by my father date from 1962 - 1966. They are mostly to the earlier end of those four years.' |
