Salt cellar, enamel on copper, painted in polychrome enamels, and gilded. Circular, with convex sides and high spirally fluted foot. Round the sides are three small landscapes, with figures of wayfarers, in panels enclosed by raised gilt scrolls and separated by raised white diaper. The flutes of the foot are pricked out in gold. With a gilt metal mount.
