Designed and executed by J.C. Oertlein of Coburg in 1757. The panel commemorates the accession of Christian Frederick Carl Alexander (born 1736) Margrave of brandenburg who married Frederica Carolina of Coburg (born 1735) in 1754. There are views of Onolzbach (the former name of Ansbach), his capital, and Coburg on either side of the lower coats of arms.(1971) |
