Object history | Registered File number 1994/670, Streetstyle exhibition 1994-1995, in the exhibition it was part of an outfit called 'Preppy USA' (includes the trousers T.259-1994, the shoes T.260-1994 and the tie T.478-1997). "Preppy style was casual, sporty, wholesome and clean cut. Blazers, with natural shoulders, three buttons and straight cut pocket flaps were worn with untapered shirts with button-down collars. Trousers were always cut straight with narrow turn-ups." |
