Sauce boat of soft-paste porcelain, with wavy outline and edge, loop handle. Moulded in relief with a fine basket-work pattern, and rococo scrolls formal panels on the sides, and under the lip and handle, in which are painted in underglaze blue with flowering and leafy sprays; at the base acanthus leaves in relief. Painted inside with flowering sprays and a border of cresting.
