Dish of earthenware transfer-printed in black and oval in shape with a wavy edge moulded with a border of feather-pattern in relief. In the middle is a landscape with an obelisk, a fountain in the form of a sphinx, two ruined temples, trees and figures. On the rim are detached sprays of flowers and the initials 'I.M.C.' in scrolled script.
