This fan was produced in Tongyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do Province and has a flower-shaped top edge. A black paper cut in a chrysanthemum shape is glued on the yellowish paper, and the fan has a carved wooden handle. Delicate engravings on the handle are a typical characteristic of Tongyeong fans.
