Oval plaque of lead-glazed earthenware, moulded in low relief with figures of Ceres and Pomona, symbolising Summer and Autumn, in blue sprigged dresses. Pomona is holding a basket of fruit on her head and faces Ceres, who holds a sheaf in her hand. Round them are painted detached sprigs of flowers in blue, green and orange. Bevelled rim, moulded with a wavy line of shell-pattern between two brown lines. The plaque is pierced with two holes for suspension.
