The vessel is of irregular rectangular shape with a small low foot and outward sloping walls. Of roof-like shape, the cover is straight walled at the base, then rising to a flat ridge on which is a flat rectangular 'handle'. The surface is uneven, having been pressed, sliced or scraped with a flat tool. Colour: white.
