This lithograph shows a computer-generated image created by Marcus West. The print was published by Motif Editions, which was established by Edward Booth-Clibborn. The firm had previously published the Cybernetic Serendipity collectors' set, in 1968. It went on to promote the work of young British artists such as David Hockney, Michael English and Allen Jones.
