The bowl has inlaid decoration and is covered with a greyish green celadon glaze. The interior, in white inlay, carries a chrysanthemum within double circles in the well and four lychee twigs on the sides beneath a wave border. The exterior is adorned with four chrysanthemums within double circles between two double line borders and a further row of four single chrysanthemums near the foot. There is a firing crack on the base. Base and foot ring are unglazed.
