Rectangular certificate of landscape proportions with a green and gold border, printed in gold and shades of green on ivory-coloured card, and inscribed in ink. It shows two children in pale blue swimsuits, one standing and the other diving, a mermaid, and fronds of seweed. A rectangular cartouche contains the wording (with the exception of the name of the awarding association, which is at the top), and the badge of the L.S.S.A. in green within a cockle shell at the base.

Physical description
Rectangular certificate of landscape proportions with a green and gold border, printed in gold and shades of green on ivory-coloured card, and inscribed in ink.
