One side is painted in blue with a strapwork cartouche inscribed E:EPVLM:VUL surmounted by a formal motif and flanked by a flower or tassel hanging upwards and a fleur-de-lys below with hanging tassels and festoons beneath.
Body colour: Reddish buff.
Glaze: White, much crazed. Underside unglazed.
