The Temptation of Adam and Eve in blue, yellow, turquoise, green and manganese- purple. Blue dashes and a manganese-purple line at the rim. Three stilt marks on the front (9 cms point to point).
Body colour: Reddish Buff.
Glaze: White. A pinkish lead glaze,with areas of pale turquoise green tin-glaze radiating from the foot over a pale slip, covers the entire back with the exception of an area within the foot-rim and the foot-rim itself, which has been wiped clean of glaze. Many small spots of blue. Remains of one stilt point and scars of two others on the foot-rim (8.5/9 cms point to point).
