Exhibitions: Kitaj: A Print Retrospective Victoria and Albert Museum 8 June - 9 September 1994

These portraits were originally printed and published on separate sheets to accompany Allen Ginsberg's poem Kaddish with White Shroud and Black Shroud, published by Arion Press 1992, written in memory of his mother, Naomi. The portraits show both mother and son at the age of thirty.
