The front is covered with powdered green with the exception of nine reserved panels with alternating flowers and birds on the border and a centre scene of a bamboo and flowers in red. The rim is in dark green.
Body colour: Buff.
Glaze: White, pooling on the back. Biscuit exposed at a few places on the back.
Shape: Shape M with more upturned flange. (Alphabetic shape codes as used in appendix to Archer. Delftware. 1997)
