Dish of tin-glazed earthenware, painted. Geometric decoration in blue, yellow and ochre. Two (three?) stilt marks on the front (9.5 cms? point to point). Body colour: Reddish buff with dark red streaks. Glaze: Dull white. Slightly greenish lead-glaze with a few white spots over a pale slip covers the entire back. A short narrow strip near rim unglazed. The foot-rim may possibly have been partly wiped clean of glaze.
